Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to secure your event date and begin the booking process. Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event date.

Yes. Modern Air-Filled Balloon Bouquets require full payment before production begins. Orders placed within 10 days of the event date also require full upfront payment at booking.
